If you are training it to level 6 isn't it getting EVs which are actually making your charmander look better than it actually is in IVs?Heck yes! One of my Charmanders hatching into this little bad ass.

Rare candys aren't in, so maybe he's giving them a quick spurt in the daycare?
I am indeed getting EVs, but since I am only defeating 2-3 Pokémon to get to 5 or 6, it won't be enough to make it ''better'' than it actually is.If you are training it to level 6 isn't it getting EVs which are actually making your charmander look better than it actually is in IVs?Heck yes! You need 4-5 EVs in a certain stat to raise the stat and I think when you level it, the EVs reset (The stats don't go down, only the EVs.)

Also, MrHippocrit I can keep looking for a ditto for you. What is the best ditto that you have so far IV wise? I wanna know so I don't needlessly bother you with sub-par dittos haha.
As for using too many poke balls, I've caught 2 so far and only used a total of 2 pokeballs, are they supposed to be hard to catch? (I know they're rare in the grass but not difficult to catch once you find them)

But seriously, Y U NO GIVE ME IVS? I'd like to know how "bad" your IVs really are, my ditto has a couple stats with single digit IVs, haven't found any good IVs in all stats dittos yet.
