Hehehehe, I've been rushing. Got a lvl 21 Croconaw, a lvl 14 Ghastly and a level 14 Mareep.
The first gym was decently hard but I managed. The second gym was easy since he could barely do ANY damage to my ghastly. And now off to the third gym.

i was just having trouble with Silver and his damn water gun critical hits

I didn't even think about it that way. xD I just already set my eyes on a team and I know where to get the Pokés I want. The rest will come later.
Silver was a bit annoying in Azalea town, if I didn't have my difficulty on zero at the moment, I might've lost. Although I was pretty tactical. Used ghastly to get a Hypnosis off on that Bayleef, change to my Croconaw and took a large amount of hp and then the Bayleef woke up and does a 25 damaging Razor leaf. It's crazy strong. ._.

A Poliwag, eh. I chose a Totodile so meh.
I just gotta catch a Growlithe and an Abra. They are both available to me. Just gotta find them... Especially that abra.

having a fire and water pokemon is one step closer to being undefeatable
just gotta collect a bellsprout, onix and a gastly and im good to go till olivine

I will get a Shiny Cyndaquil from Darkfire, so that's also a reason I didn't chose that feisty little guy. :3

Don't worry, I'll be breeding them. But for a price this time. I need to collect Pokémon again and the earlier you ask me, the cheaper the Pokémon.

Also, I think I may have found an alternative way to defeat Whitney and her Miltank. She can't scratch my Ghastly. but my Ghastly can't scratch her either. He can, however, use Hypnosis. I can then switch to my main Pokémon and take out as much HP as possible and then switch back once it awakens. She'll be using about.... 3 Potions? I guess? I hope. I got 10 pp for Hypnosis. This could work out.

Pretty sure rollout is a rock type move and will be able to damage to your gastly. That was my strategy last playthrough and it didn't work :/

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Sounds interesting. But once my holidays are over, I won't be able to attend to the late night ones and will miss out on a lot of them.
