Fixed (0.31.1) Duplication glitch

I have just discovered the first duplication glitch.
Step 1: deposit pokemon from your party to the GST
Step 2: once uploaded to the GST close the game window
Step 3: reopen the game
Step 4: select the CONTINUE option from main menu
Step 4: view party and pokemon will be there
Step 6: go to GST and withdraw same pokemon from there

I wasn't looking for a glitch I simply caught two heracross last night and wanted to give one away. I uploaded it to the GST and when I played today I found that I now had 3 heracross. With this knowledge I simply retraced my steps to find this glitch.

Also if anyone wanted to give me a charmander, larvitar or any giveaway pokemon it would greatly appreciated

I think we've found this glitch already but thank you for notifying everyone. ^^

I could give you a Larvitar but since the new update will change a lot of things and you won't get acces to the GTS anymore on your offline/local save (The one you have now.) and thus I feel like it's not worth it.

A larvitar would be great and would complement my heracross greatly . However, this if you want. I have a level 28 tentacruel up for trade for a larvitar.

I guess you are one of the people who will not be playing the Gamejolt save and thus won't have acces to the GTS anymore. I can help you out, then. What's your Gamejolt name? Lower cases? Capitalized letter. I need to know all.

There is no need to cheat to get uncatchable pokemons like starter ones. All you need to do is breed your own starter pokemon with a ditto and trade it for any other pokemon. And thats the one of reasons why you dont need to duplicate pokemons

He didn't do it on purprose. Ditto breeding isn't in yet. Maybe next update.

Larvitar IS uncatchable at the moment. I just got it through someone breeding it for me and that person got it through a give-away.

Thanks Mr Hippocrit. Also I would breed my starter but as stated before the ditto breeding isn't implemented yet and mine is a male so breeding the same egg group wont work either.
