We need more of your specs. Try giving more information about your audio drivers. Also if there's any program that plays songs you need to close it or else most players crash.

You need to use DRM Protection Patcher in order to use this song. It is DRM protected by Windows Vista. Vista sucks and i think you should move to 7 or 8.

they aren't DRM protected files, just wmas spat out by XNA game studio, the source files are MP3. DRM is mentioned in that error because it is a generic error for not being able to start that subsystem, one of the causes being the use of DRM protected music. it says it when windows media player is missing altogether and i think it says it if the file doesn't exist too. this game works on win xp, vista, 7 and 8

i'm sorry Andreas4659 but i dont have any other ideas for you. when this error first appeared we thought we had broken something, and no matter what we tried the people affected couldn't start the game at all. eventually one of them did a bunch of windows updates and fixed it, we thought ok lets just let people do it like some kind of arkane ritual to ward off the DRM error. then someone just reinstalled media player and it worked. in all cases it hasn't been the game and it hasn't been the OS at fault, but some configuration problem on your end. knowing that your sound hardware is present and you clearly have speakers and a mic plugged in so it has to be working, right? other games are working fine? in particular do you have any of these games:
stardrive
bastion
terraria
installed? if so, can you play them fine? those 3 all use the XNA framework too and likely use the same sound playback code as we do

your issue is probably something really stupidly specific, which is just awful :( i hope you can figure it out, i hate hearing that someone can't even start the game at all
