The better way of saying it is it is no worse for you than alcohol and better for you than cigarettes and def better than any other illegal drug....And everything has purposes for medicine so thats not saying much..

I mean...tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) has a pretty low toxicity, but actual independent studies have been pretty inconsistent as can be expected with most things where there is so much to lose or gain depending on the results. Of course, smoking anything is bad for you.
