okay, that's coolThis is a remake of the actual games, so this won't be done at all.maybe, if you know mods like "Bloody Platin" or "Blaze Black" where all pokemon can evolve without trading, in bloody platin, there they evolve when they reach a level, e.g. Gengar at lvl 40 or in blaze black you need their items to evolve them, you will need the metal coat and just simply use it like en evolution stone
are you able to implement this maybe later, only if you want of course, its just a nice advice

Falkner : Not rasing his own pokemon, but using his father's instead.
Bugsy : Waaay too fixated with bug-types.
Whitney : Cries over every little thing.
Chuck : Not sure if fat dude or living mountain.
Clair : Too stubborn for her own good.
Johto needs a change of Gym leaders & quick
These are the candidates I believe would do better:
1: Youngster Joey.
2: Blue (because having only 1 gym is too mainstream.)
3: Eusine.
4: Lorelei (what happened to her?)
5: A rock.
He uses his Father's Pokemon, a gym leader veteran. And is still the weakest gym leader in history. Literally.

If you played leafgreen/firered you know that there are seven islands, the Sevii islands. On the fourth island Lorelei has her home and in the game she is doubting if she even wants to be in the elite 4 because she would rather be on the island, wathing over the icy cave.
If anyone of the original elite four is missing it's Agatha. I think she just died because she was so old and is now a ghastly or someting.
