Duplicate Fainted Pokemon Can still battle (Glitch)

I was instructed to come here to the forums to post a bug. I honestly don't see this as being a "bad" bug, yet I sill feel as if I should let you know.
In the link below, it will take you to the my screenshot album. Right now I only have one up. I am sure I will come to more Glitches only because this is a beginning product, which is amazing.

Wow, you're so irascible! I've only suggested to you to use the search function in the most friendly way I could, so the forum moderators will have less problem with all these duplicated threads. But there is no problem, I'm not even going to feel me offended if you can't understand a so simple thing.
