It is impossible to talk to those 4 npcs dehind the tables.

They only speak at one side, speak them face to face and they will speak

but, I think nilllzz should fix it soon

EDIT: My mistake, i thought that were the Dept. Store sellers, this guys aren't coded to speak in this version :/
