Who is still working on this? how many of the original devs? what in the plans has changed? is the vision for the future still the same? this is one of my favorite games and I do not want it to die. Please tell me customizable and buildable houses and hoenn and sinnoh and the other regions are still planned. PLEASE do not let this die out.

No customizable houses, no sinnoh. Probably Hoenn, but gotta wait more.
About new content, you can expect at least all of the remaining Sevii Islands + Mt. Silver.

Can buildable houses and customizable houses be added? they sounded cool, and the game was originally gonna be like minecraft. What about the direction the game is going? is it going to be close to what was originally intended? will this site stay up? what about you guys are you both still working on it?

Yes. The game will not be available to be downloaded from gamejolt anymore, but the gamejolt saves will still be stored in gamejolt servers.
In addition, new players can still make new Gamejolt accounts to play Pokemon3D.
