Game whitening out(?)

Guys, I download the game recently and I can't do anything in the client because it whitens out. Really. When I move the cursor over any box or scroll, the box turns white. What could I do to solve this? I know this happens to Visual Boy Advance program too. If anybody had the same problem, please tell me how to fix this.

Maybe your antivirus is blocking some of the content?

No. He's actually turned off. I checked the firewall too.

Firstly, you don't need launcher to play the game. (That is depreciated)

you should just run Pokemon.exe if you download the game.

The white thing is your pc having some problem... Maybe repair .net framework 4? Or do disk check if any essential disk element is corrupted.

I've downloaded Pokemon3d.exe and that's the only program. When I run it, it opens the Client tab, the 0.53 download version and when I click it turns white. .net 4.5 is downloaded and repaired.
