I actually discourage the launcher due to the fact that the bugs are still affecting quite a number of users. May use as an alternative to get the game.

For those who can't run the game using the Game Jolt client, try following these steps:
1. Download the game (in .zip format) by clicking here:http://gamejolt.com/games/pokemon3d/10545/download/build/289725
2. Extract the whole folder in a separate location
3. Double click on Pokemon.exe to play the game
4. Make sure you have XNA and .NET installed, which can be found here (look at the bottom): http://pokemon3d.net/downloads/
