Rejected Third Type

Everyone know that, a couple Pokemon looks like they have 3 types. So why not give for these Pokemon that 3rd type. But third type stab bonus will be only 25%. That do game more exclusive. So please consider this idea.
There a couple Pokemon who deserve that: Charizard Fire/Flying/Dragon;
Gyarados Water/Flying/Dragon;
Scizor Bug/Steel/Flying;
Masquerain Bug/Flying/Water;
Gastly/Haunter/Gengar Ghost/Poison/Dark;
