I think that your offline saves can not transfer data to your online save.
I believe I read somewhere that it is possible to edit offline save data, and to avoid the possibility of cheating, they can't interact with each other.
I'm also pretty sure that offline saves can't trade with other players online saves either.

Your Offline save data can be found in your Pokemon folder's Save folder. Inside that folder you will find a folder with the name of your save as its name. Transfer that folder to your other computer, install the game on that computer, and insert the transferred folder into your new Save folder.
