Unable to get past Snorlax, can a staff member please help?

A few days ago I brought this up on one of the boards here and was told a staff member could help by removing the Snorlax for me. I guess the email address I tried using to contact a staff member wasn't the correct one and told me to use the forums to seek help. So hopefully I'm doing this right this time.

Also want to add, I still want a chance to catch the Snorlax, so if that's possible it'd be great.

Okay, might be a dumb question, but who do I PM and how can I PM them?
Click on a user's name and select "Start a Conversation". Any member listed under staff (such as myself, or Fanta) can help ( though I'm out of town right now).

and let's not bother jian with simple stuff like this, let him focus on more important things.
Skype may be not good way as you saying.:p
I actually when writed jian I was thinking to add saying about how much busy he is with all things he doing here.:p

:p I have about 7 PMs all about snorlax having a deep sleep. Maybe it is time for nilllzz to upgrade the PokéFlute with a better magic that can wake up the snorlax.
