Duct tape fixes

Describe the bug you experienced here.
Dig,Fly,Dive etc wasting pp

What could happen:
...Temp fix by doubling pp of each move individually

The questions:
1. ...Is there potential for "duct tape fixes" ?
2. ...Are there "duct tape fixes" currently?
3. ...Assuming "duct tape fixes" that may alter or change battle values exist. Is it possible to find this information as a common player?
4. ...Or are temp fixes not worth the time invested for long term goals?
5. ...Am i in the wrong thread? I was

I think he is asking if there is anything he can do as a player to make it so HM's don't waste PP when used outside of battle.

As far as I am aware, the answer to this is no. While most game values are editable by the players, for whatever reason, i don't think PP is.
Another alternative your could try is searching for the value using cheat engine, This is (i think) an illegal action and can get an online account banned, but should be perfectly for use on an offline character.

Using outside battle doesn't use PP but in battle, it uses twice I believe.

* Battle system is never final and is doom to reprogram into a better one.

For your information, the bug fix for this is planned to take place soon ~
