Why yes, yes it is. All you need to do is alter with the Server Options in the "properties.dat" file, change the Gamemode to "1 Year Later 3D" turn on offline mode, and bam, people can connect to a server with 1 Year Later 3D

What if someone wanted to use their single player save file on a multiplayer version of the gamemode?
You use same save (offline) when you go to server of game mode atm.
It* will kick you out for not having the same (offline) game mode as the server's game mode, so if @Shou Liengod where to make a new game mode for multiplayer, it would kick people out with the single player game mode.You use same save (offline) when you go to server of game mode atm.
