Potential TM conflictions between Versions?

I'm not sure if this has already been addressed, I haven't been able to find much info regarding it, but TM's do change between versions.

Example: TM51 Changes from 'Steel Wing' into 'Ally Switch' between Gen[5?] and Gen 6.

Again, I'm not sure if this has already been addressed, but it seems than in order to make all the regions compatible, one must look ahead and go by the most recent version. At least in regards to TM & HM numbers. (Some HM's convert to TM's and I believe a TM also become an HM at some point)

Let me know if this has already been addressed, if so I'll go ahead and remove this, as it would no longer be necessary.

Pokemon 3D has 170 TMs and 10 HMs (so far) and thus it uses its own ID system, the first 50 TMs are from gen 2, the rest are sorted after those 50 based on the generation they were introduced in, from gen 1 to 6.
Btw, TM51 is Mega Punch in P3D.

Ok, so it was addressed in that the Pokemon 3D TM system basically ignores the numbering system of other pokemon versions. Therefore any conflictions between other versions have no effect. Cool!

what conflicts are you talking about? every single generation had its own sets of TMs.
G/S/C had different TM sets than HG/SS for example.
