Fixed [Indev 0.53] Fury Cutter Retains Increased Power

What I expected to happen:
If Fury Cutter hits his power its double, but if you misses, select other attack, use an item or switch your pokemon, the power will reset

What actually happened:
I hit two Fury Cutter in row, than i used other move, and when i use Fury Cutter again did it more then double of the first one without a crit.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a pokemon with a Fury Cutter on your party
2. Try hits 2 Fury Cutter in a row on a pokemon that resists bug type like a Tentacruel
3. Select other move than Fury Cutter, then try hits again Fury Cutter (If misses you need restart the process), Fury Cutter need to do less than double of the first one you that hits. (whatch out for critical hits)

Confirmed in Indev 0.53. I remember Bugsley's Scyther VERY clearly because of this (but that was in 0.52.1)
