Finding Prism scale and trading Dub Disc

where can i find a prism scale? i googled it and nothing, i checked the forums search and all of them are closed. and is just people trading prism scales. i wouldn't mind trading one but i don't really have anything of use besides a metal coat. though you can easily get that at Five island. so can anyone answer where it's at?
also i am looking for a dubious disc which is substantially more important then the scale.

you'll be surprised, ive played several games whence a corps can scream, and have you ever heard of zombies? im sure they scream aswell. but the main reason why i chose this name is just cuz it sounds awesome. an awesome Contradiction.

I know this is a bit of an old thread but I went into that grotto on route 47 now literally like 500 times and I never found a prism scale, only all other kinds of stuff; am I doing something wrong or what am I missing here?

nvm... now that I complained in here I found one 5 minutes later in that grotto...

yeah that's usually how it works. another thing i noticed is allot of the times for me the items are invisible.

what you could try doing is use a sticky rock. if you go to cerulian cave where mewtwo is at and equip the sticky stone you can get allot of stones. one time after 1 hour i had gotten like 4 leaf stones, 1 thunder stone, 1 water stone, and a Fire stone.
