Add streetlights to cities!

The cities are looking a bit too dark in the night, I mean... how are npcs going to feel safe after the sun has set? Some wild pokemon may be lurking on the streets after dark. I believe it is time to add streetlights to the cities. The technology already exists in the code, as there are streetlights in the cycling road. as seen here:

But I don't see those streetlights fitting the cities, rather perhaps try to replicate the ones found in HGSS Goldenrod City?,

Let the poor npcs get some light so that they can be outside at night without feeling unsecure or scared about the darkness! Who is with me? Let your voice be heard to help those whithout a voice of their own!

Well, Darkfire have confirmed that he won't be adding streetlights, atleast we can hope he changes his mind in the future

I have made a circle shaped lighting system and it look nice (though I hate the offset map not able to render those lights)
