well, you almost always get any HM before you get the badge to use it.

In FRLG you get Rock Smash where we put Rock Climb
I decided since we have a number of other things for Oak to give you we would put the HM here

Could you guys add the flame body ability from Ponyta and Rapidash? In the official games they have it, and it would help a lot the pokemon breeders.
