Hmm... This is odd. I am sure there isn't any unless there is a small hidden change in the scripts.

But The pokemon marked as unobtainable (as of 0.49) will be replaced with other pokemon based on their encounter chance: Phantump for 12% encounters and Pancham for 1% encounters.

Pancham is a substitute for any pokemon that isnt implemented that has a 1% chance of being found in a grotto
Phantump is the same for 12%
