A Patrat! Obtainable only in a Hidden Grotto.
To enter this lottery, you must say "I'm in."
Using my third brother's spinner board from Chutes and Ladders(dunno why I grabbed it), the winner will be announced via number the person is in(Ex: Name #1).

Side note: Next lottery winning device will be replaced from spinner to my version of WIN4. 4 random numbers will picked and given to the contestant who enters. In the end, the number that is called with all 4 correct numbers will win the Pokemon. These four numbers will be called if I see the winning numbers on TV or if formally use the Lotto.
