Confirmed [Indev 0.51.1] Pokémon being Duplicated/Removed in the Global Trade Station

What I expected to happen:
I just recived some pokemon i asked for a while ago ( in the egg hatch thread from @Cutey_Cat).
i not sure what i expected but whats actually happened is odd.

What actually happened:
i got two of the recieved pokemon twice: i have now two Squirtle lvl 7 with exact the same stats ( I mean exact! even the experience and the EV-values are the same) and also two Mudkips lvl 10 (also same to the last detail)
i think it's odd so ipost this here


Steps to reproduce:
1. someone gifts you a pokemon (maybe he/she needs to send a total amount of two pokemons (different ones though))
2. Get it twice

i remember that @VEERA VIVEK once recived tree times the same pokemon when i gifted him pokemons( each only one time! but the overall number of pokemons did not change) and someone fixed it for him. So maybe the same thing happened here. I am going to ask Cutey which pokemons she send my. I did not ask her before because its obvious that she did not send my two pokemon with exact the same stats (how could she train them that they have the same exp) but it's still possible that i got more pokemon than she send

Lost a pokemon? your pokemon got duplicated? did not recieve what you wanted through the GTS? well....better call @Malcolm Reynolds.

yes i got this problem too .here the pokemon will be duplicated with another pokemon with same stats

If you have lost a pokemon, contact malcolm reynolds via PM, not in thread, he will help you when he is able to, don't forget to provide him with every detail about the lost pokemon.

if the Pokemon got duplicated it only happened on your end, and yea, 1 pokemon got overwritten with the duplicated one.

is it possible for malcolm to find out which pokemon got overwritten? and if he replaces it ( this is what he would do right?) does he overwrite one of the pokemons aswell? if so does he overwrite the douplicate( not the original) or simply one of them?

well......He will just use his debug tools to create a new pokemon to replace the one you lost, and since you don't know what you have lost then no need/way to replace it.
