Splitzblue came on the day before the day he was supposed to be unbanned, and broke the rules again, so his ban was extended for another month, which should end in 3-4 days from now.

Depends on the number of warning points you got and how frequent you were getting them.

Unless the person who warned you did not put an expire date on your warning points, they will wear off in a month.

In your case, no, your 2 warning points are permanent , 3 warning points left for a 1 month ban.
Also, everybody should keep in mind that anyone can get any number of warning points at any time, so don't think that you are safe if you don't have any, many people got perma-banned on their first strike.
