Solved never got the silver wing

I have gotten all 8 badges, but i dont have the silver wing. I did the radio tower before getting the rising badge. any info is welcome as I really want lugia, or even both legendaries.

And when you say you did the radio tower, did you go and talk to the manager after you beat TR?

yes i had to in order to get to the ice path

You must go to ecruteak city, then to dance theater and speak to kimono girl in the middle. She will ask you some questions and give you rainbow or silver wing.

Did that fix your issue? and yea, you can get the other wing in kanto

Probably not, because kimono girl will ask you some questions only once. I recommend you to save your game before answering questions because you may get rainbow wing, not silver.

You are able to get the other wing later in the game as well.
