Fixed [Indev 0.53] Server Does Not Kick for Inactivity

What I expected to happen:
to get kicked after going afk for a while

What actually happened:
Not getting kicked, stayed on the server afk for a full 3 hours until the server restarted.

Steps to reproduce:
1. log in.
2. go afk.
3. Come back.

That is not certainly true, it happens but not for that reason (I think..).

I remember it works. Did you set the timer correctly. It is in terms of seconds this time.
