How in the heck.... I need to get this right Q- Q


a small note: My eevee is actually Lv:150
there is a coding error when a level up occurs past 100.
also for every hit your pokemon does, it heals it's hp.
I opened a bug report in the bug threads a few weeks ago but no reply.

Pika calls hax to the 9001th level. Pika means, why it that Swampert so high level?

but anyway, im having some difficulties adding battle maps. so need a bit more time now.... great > ->
if anyone is familiar with it, is there something I can do to fix this or is there something im missing in the battle map file?

It is the position of the walls and ground that are not within 30 x 30 space. ( the size do not have to be 30x30 )
Start with a coordinate zero and start counting and you would fix this.

The best size that seem proportional would be 30x30 but.... Lots of work have to put it.

battle maps are alot of trial by error
for example with erika's gym I just copied the original map and then adjusted the x and z coordinates for every piece til it was centered properly

Something else that you can do is to find the locations of the sprites during battles, place test sprites in the map at those places and then load the game and warp there using the @player.warp() command
you will still need to try it in battle to check the camera angles but it gives you a good idea of what is happening

right now im play testing while polishing the game as i go along. theres still an issue on making custom battle maps which is a headache to me. though i have the ver: 0.21 poke3D, i dont have the old pokeditor files. so making maps is an issue for the time being.

fixing the ecruteak files is another thing because of missing texture files and such related. and also Textures appearing where they should not.
but its not an issue.

as of right now, the core game is fine, though needs play testing on my part.

so wait a little while longer as i rap things up.

Just saying. And I can share any specific info you need on maps/battle maps.

is that so? well making custom maps is a pain without pokeditor. its a shame its discontinued because its a very neat tool. also what pokeditor ver. do you have? and what is it compatible with?

I mean, I could edit the code to give it whatever functions you may desire, within reasoning and general givings.

And, I don't think it was ever given a version history, and it doesn't produce the same map files as I believe the game uses now. However, if requested, I could look into rectifying that issue.

can you guess where these images are located in?
im sure you do though. should be a bit easier when starting out. this was taken into consideration of the next route being much higher level.
a jump from your pokemon around lvl 3 vs lvl 9s.
so should be much more helpful and much more enjoyable.
also will be rewriting the beginning sequence again. should help with the whole gender issue.
went ahead and fixed the dumb building mishap textures.
anywho, look forward to more and entertaining updates.
