I'm really bad at the safari zone ... really bad, I lost count of how many rare Pokemon I lost then,soo I want some tactics,how to catch pokemon, or something of this type

I don't ever use Bait or Rocks, I simply just throw a Safari Ball the moment the battle starts. That works pretty well for me.

Well that is the whole gamble of the Safari Zone: chances are you won't get it on your first try.
