The person below lies.
The person above tells the truth.
Tornado9797 has acknowledged to the fullest extent of the English language such as gracefully and majestically and with pride. Both of these unique players (who happen to be known as nyomanyusa and Character_is_Name on this website) has been applied well to the spoiler some posts above this post containing the chronological list of GameJolt Online Pokémon three-d Indev zero-point-forty-nine-point-one unique players participating in Tornado9797's two-hundredth lottery for the Deino that is obtainable through normal gameplay.

Good luck!

Seven unique players are now participating in this lottery. Lottery details can be found somewhere on page one-hundred-and-eighty-six of this thread.

The winner of Tornado9797's two-hundredth lottery entry for the Deino will be announced in an unknown amount of time (likely 24 hours since entry reveal) at Houston, Texas, The United States of America time (Daylight Savings Time) from this post, assuming Tornado9797's new computer doesn't do any weird Windows 8.1 stuff, Tornado9797's debug testing hasn't gone horribly wrong, or Tornado9797 is somewhere away from Tornado9797's computer.

A tamed winner has appeared!

Because
seven unique players have entered this lottery entry, random.org was needed. The random number generator has selected the number two, which means the winner is...

Conquest

Congratulations ! Be sure to obtain your Deino in your Inbox in the Global Trade Station in your PokéGear in Pokémon three-D Indev zero-point-forty-nine-point-one on your electronic apparatus somewhere on Earth (going to assume Antarctica), which happens to be orbiting the Sun, which happens to be in the Local Group, which happens to be in the Milky Way Galaxy, which happens to be in the Local Cluster, within the Local Supercluster, in our Observable Universe.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The
two-hundred-and-first entry to Tornado9797's Pokémon Lottery has been chosen! After this Pokémon, there will be eight Pokémon remaining in the Overflow Box.
This lottery is always open for donations.

Today, your friendly randomizer website (random.org) has outputted the numerical positive integer of six (out of nine). That means your potential prize becomes a Abra!

Dang you people refuse to allow this lottery to die.

Acknowledge that you wish to enter by posting something similar to "I'm in" below, as participation is and will forever be FREE!

Good luck!

Woah woah wait. Who said anything about this lottery ending? This lottery will not end until I am without entries for over a month. You misread my filler text.

That's if Incase after this Pokemon there has to be a backup thread for future lotteries. And then people can continue donating Pokemon....well that's the same thing for me right now.

There's absolutely no need for a backup thread. This thread is doing just fine, despite how big it is.

@Splitzblue
So....You are saying that when this lotto dies because no one donated to it for a month, then people should donate to the backup lottery which is yours?

You make no sense.

After the final entry, the lottery can't continue without Donated Pokemon. That's why I am trying to keep the lottery going by letting people go on my lottery.
