NO! No one touches the pocky! Not even the hippo, because of two things:
1. He's too big to pick it up.
2. If he does, Pika can use Grass Knot on him. (Grass Knot deals more damage the heavier the Pokemon/Hippo/Hooman is, and since Hippo is the biggest thingy in the universe, Grass Knot will deal massive damage to him. Hehe)
