Implement Item management in the PC

Like the title said, every time I want to give/take an item from a pokemon in the PC, I have to put that pokemon in my party, close the PC, give/take the item to/from the pokemon and then Open the PC again to put the pokemon back, there should be an option to take/give items in the PC same as in the party.

This would indeed make things a whole lot smoother in Bill's Personal Computer.
