Can the Pokémon 3D community help Twitch play Pokémon: Red/Blue Version?

This is something hilarious I stumbled upon: a robot is playing Pokémon: Red/Blue, but the control input is the entire video chatroom (like when someone in the chat says "left", the robot presses left):
