PART 1
I've always been a RPG/MMO/D&D fan. As a good fan, I've tried to create my own game, but I neeever took it seriously... and I will keep that way, most likely.
That being said, I recently played Mother 3 again, and it never fails to amaze me. But something special caught my attention: the monsters (enemies). As I recorded them, they were exceptionally weird, but I've seen they are also very fitting and cool, though somewhat random.
PART 2
I mean, just look at this enemy:
It's the Strawberry Slime. Basically a rotten strawberry jelly. Only fought once in the entire game. It mixes humour and the classic slime enemy. Actually, that's really interesting, as you don't see many common things like slimes, rats and that kind of usual RPG weak enemy. Instead, there are lots of insects, and chimeras:
Mecha-Drago is one of my favorite bosses ever.
There are more weirdos too.
Doors that open to a creepy face and attack you.
Chimeras like those...
Even objects or plants.
Also, this things killed me more than it deserved.
But what's all this for? I don't know, but it works.
For the past days I kept searching for more RPG monsters and D&D monster manuals. I found interesting stuff, but I had an idea, since I've been creating a template for RPG-like stuff and messing with RPG Maker VX Ace (just for the lols, I don't really like the program, though I think I'll make a dumb game or something out of it). I could create my own bizarre monster database.
PART 3
That's where you, mortal, can help me.
This can be a forum game that, with some, and I mean FREAKING LOTS, of creativity can make me rich! (Not really.)
So here's the deal, it's kinda complicated, so make sure you understood it.
I leave the word: A P P L E

I say a word, preferably long. Uh...P O T A T O ! The key to victory!
So the person below me gets the word, and forms other words with each of the letters. But not ANY word, it must be either an object (includes food), a living being (animal, plant, maybe even another enemy...), a place (not city names like NY or anything like it, but let's say cave, castle, dungeon...), an adjective and/or a material (wood, iron...)/color.
Ps: Don't consider letters that appear more than once.
Let's follow my example.
Pony
Orange
Tomato
Ambar
Next, I have a pony orange tomato ambar. If you were to translate that into an enemy (you don't need to use every word), what would it be?
Fill this:
Name (enemy name):
Location (where you're likely to find one):
Powers (go crazy, but moderately):
Lore (anything story related about it):
Difficulty (imagine it from 1-5):
So let's go to the example again.
Name: Elder Pony
Location: Wild Field, it rhymes. Really, any forest thing.
Powers: Eh, dashing? And...uh, calling for other ponies for help.
Lore: It's obviously the leader of a "tribe" of ponies.
Difficulty: 4, probably a semi-boss.
And then that person leaves a word for the one below it.
