My suggestions.

1.Quest Log - We will can check there our actual quests,quests which we have done and which we have failed.

2.Steps - Game will be count our steps and when we have reach 25000 steps,we will get
achievement "seven-league boots"

3.Shortkeys :

F3 - Quick Save
F9 - Quick Load
Esc - Quit to start menu
L - Quest Log

Q is a right next to W, the forward key, tapping ESC is a pretty quick way to go to the main menu. S is already a 180 degree turn.

M is music, it is a possibility that they can use the F# keys, like F9 or something for a quick save, out of the main play area on a keyboard but still easy enough to use.
