Fixed [0.22]Pokemon following you bug.

It's not a big deal since you can fix it ingame(kinda reminds me of pokemon b/r/y).
But, when you save your game in front of a door(exiting it/Facing the opposite way), After you load the game, your pokemon dissapears until you get into a new building.
