Fixed 0.22 Magikarp sprite bug

When you battle against a magilkarp, you could notice a bug in the sprite, suddenly it stop moving, disappears and appears moving again, over and over.

EDIT: Zubat has the same problem

doe this happen with all magikarps and zubats or just some?
