Screen Problems

i launch my game through the launcher, it loads up but my screen is all wonky. In the top left corner, part of the top is chopped off my screen and also the left. along with all that, i see the bottom of the game window, but my text boxes are chopped in half. Help?

no i can't but, the text box seems to be fixed with the new update, but the top and left sides pf my screen are still untouchable.
