Door locked in Ilex Forest

Hey guys

I can't seen to get out of the forest. I brought back the Farfetch'd and cut the tree, but for some reason i can't open the door to leave the forest. Am i missing something?

Lol sorry, I assumed you had played G/S/C before. My bad. Goldenrod City is the next town you would head to, but it's not added yet. The game ends at Ilex.

That was unnecessary. Vision only has 3 posts, so chances are they only just started following Pokemon 3D.
