the saves only save when the player tells the game to save it, so if you loaded the save twice and played it in both windows different ways the last window to save would win and you'd end up with that save game. there's no real conflict that could happen. just don't open the same save with 2 windows, thats such an oddly specific scenario lol. how would someone do it by accident?
I did x.x that`s how I discovered it is possible ahahha I alt+tab the game to post something here at the forum and though I had closed. I oppened it to play and noticed that i didn`t close the other oppened one haha so i decided to post it here.
Anyways, If you save your file and think you should save for some reason, you can just close and continuing to play from your last spot. It is nothing yet because you are able to cheat, but it is a cheat and can be use when the game doesn`t allow you to do so.

if you're playing the same save twice you can only save progress from 1 instance of it, not both. there's no room for cheating with it. the worst you can do is open a second window and trade your haunter etc to your other character for a sec and trade back to make them evolve, oh noooo
