Solved Having problems on my server

Me and my friend can connect fine, yet, say he walks 10 steps down the road, his char from my point of view won't move for a good 5 seconds, then will begin to move quite slowly towards where he currently is, definitely slower then normal walking speed. This becomes a problem when we walk to a town, and his char from my point of view, is only about half way there. Any direct reason why this might be happening?

I guess you've got your answer?, anyway, next update (which is coming very soon) should fix most of the server client issues and add some more.
