Finished [Pokémon 3D] Trade Evolutions

Hello!
I'm looking for people that are willing to do some Trade Evolving.

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, but I guess this would be the best place, and I see nothing against it in the rules.

If possible, this could be a thread to organize between people trading their Pokemon back and forth to get the Evolved poke.

I currently have the level 5 Onix you get from the Hiker near the beginning of the game. In one of the Hidden Ghrotto's I was lucky enough to find a Metal Coat, so to make my Onix Stronger, and complete the Pokedex a bit more I'd like to Evolve it into a Steelix. Obviously I'm gonna need help, so is anyone willing to help me out here?

This is also a great chance for someone to get Steelix in their Pokedex if they do not have it yet.

P.s. If there are ways to do this by myself without having to bother other people, can someone please relate the info my way?

which is an official thread for evo-trading.
You can however evo-trade with yourself, but you need the GTS

Can you explain the method to Trade Evolve to myself? That would make things a lot simpler, and this thread wouldn't need to exist afterwards.

You put the pokemon you want to trade on the GTS for a different pokemon that you already have, then do the trade yourself.
