Describe the bug you experienced here.I beat the Elite 4 got the S.S. Aqua to vermilion however I was unable to beat L.t. Surge so I flew back to the Elite 4 to level up once I was at a high enough level I flew to Olivine City and went through the tunnel to the dock where the S.S. Aqua was waiting for me however when I tried to board the guard said "I am sorry the S.S. Aqua is not boarding passengers at the moment please come again later". and yes I did it on Sunday at 1:30 am.
What I expected to happen: I expected the guard to let me through like when I 1st got the ticket.

What actually happened:he wont let my through.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ... just keep talking to him and he will repeat the message "I am sorry the S.S. Aqua is not boarding passengers at the moment please come again later".
