I want renew all encounters for maps by fusing up encounters rates from all game. Now I give some samples:
Route 1 (R/B/Y/G/S/C/FR/LG/HG/SS):
Morining/Day: Pidgey (55+55+70+45+45+45+50+50+45+45/10=)50,5%
Evening/Night: Pidgey (55+55+70+50+50/10=)28%.
Better samples you can see at Pokemon Universal 3D Emerald.
Is decimal are added for Pokemon Encounters? If not I may need that.
