"Pokemon has stopped working"

Whenever I launch 0.21.1 that always pops up. Is it my computer or what? Help

Have you installed XNA Framework 4.0 and .NET Framework 4.0? Does the game create any log.dat in your Pokemon folder?

How would I do that? I have ID.dat

And if you go to your Pokemon-folder and check the log.dat file to see if any errors are left behind, then do tell us.

There's no log.dat file

Then try to install these two programs and see if it works
