Multiplayer [Indev 0.49.1] Kicked for No Ping

After joining my server, I get kicked after 20 seconds althrough it generally works (can see my other network computer player, who gets kicked after 20 seconds as well).
IdleKickTime in the properties.dat seems to do nothing (set from 0 to 100000) for testing purposes.
What I expected to happen:
No kicking due to no ping

What actually happened:
[INFO] xyz quit the game (no ping received for 20 seconds).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the game (0.49.1)
2. Start the server (0.45.1)
3. Connect the game to the server and wait for 20 seconds
Happens every time, from the local computer and remote.

Idk if it is the same thing with the newer versions,since i havent downloaded the new one, but the server kinda autokicks you if you are afk for some set amount of time

Nope. The afk kick time is infinite if it is set to zero.
