i can't go on!

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
...i had beaten the maghony town gym. and should go to radio tower in goldenrod. and team rocket should be there

What actually happened:
...there was no team rocket. now i can''t go on with my adventure. i didn''t recive a Phone cal form elm either, about the radio tower. if i 'don't get help i wil be stuck forever. and then i must begin from the start all over again!
(the fat ragecandybar man pushes you away if you want to go to blackthorn)

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...i might conctact a admin to help
2. ...i mabye can be teleported to blachktorn?
...i have played pokemon crystall. and i have asked, and done every(one)thing i could.

He said that he did all of these. He battled gyarados, met with lance, battled the voltorbs (electrodes..w/e), and he didn't recieve a call after, and can't find team rocket in goldenrod.

The steel badge is what he misses, He must get the medicine in cianwood city, give it to the gym leader in the lighthouse & battle the leader. Elm will definitly call after that.
