Why i cant see the skins from other players?

Hey,
My friend and me we wished to play on my own server. So i created a pokemon3d server and created a skin for my friend and me too. But after we joined the server i couldnt see his skin and he couldnt see mine. I hope that you can help me.

Are you banned on GameJolt?
If not, then this might be bad connection on your end.

Or a bad connection on gamejolt's end.

I think this could be the problem: If you are playing on offline-mode, then both of you need to have the skin in your folders in order to see eachother's skin.
