How Do I Move That Charizard And Solrocc Lookin Dude Out The Way Of Route 16. I Got stuff to Do And They Jus Bein Lazy All In My Way. When I Talk To Them, Them Say "Char" And "Soonish" Like Move.

That Route is not in the game yet, you need to wait for a future update. The Charizard blocker signals the end of the story for that current version.

Did you beat both gyms in saffron and celadon and battled suicune?
You can always do battle spot/battle frontier/finish the dex/Breed/EV train or Just chat/trade/battle on the server.

where is the gym in celadon?? and how do you breed
The Celadon City Gym is located in the southern side of the city, and requires Cut for access.
You breed by utilizing a Day-Care location (Route 34 and Route 5).
