I dont hear music but I hear sound

I looked in the log and it says that:

Warning (15:06:13): MusicManager.vb: An error occurred trying to play music: The installed version of the WindowsMediaPlayer is smaller than 12.

Then I tried to update Windows media player but it is already the latest version... any ideas?

Have you tried pressing the "M" key in-game?

Only million times.. I also tried to raise the volume to 100 from the volume options.
